Princeton Ends Maverick Winning Streak, 3-2

PRINCETON, N.J.--Lee Jubinville's goal 43 seconds into overtime allowed Princeton to end the Mavericks' five-game winning streak, 3-2, Friday night in non-conference play.
UNO fell to 8-8-4 overall before Saturday night's game at Yale at 6 CST. Princeton improved to 5-7-2.
The Tigers scored first with a goal at 7:18 of the first period from Landis Stankievech.
In the second stanza Nebraska-Omaha tied on a power play marker from sophomore forward Tomas Klempa with assists from senior forwards Alex Nikiforuk and Scott Parse at 4:11.
Princeton regained the lead at 11:25 when Kevin Kaiser beat freshman goaltedner Jeremie Dupont over his shoulder on a breakaway.
In the third the Mavs tied the game with junior forward Bill Bagron's first goal of the season at 13:25 with assists again going to Nikiforuk and Parse.
