Parse, Kaufmann Net CCHA Weekly Honors

Scott Parse was named the Central Collegiate Hockey Association's Offensive Player of the Week for the second consecutive week and Jerad Kaufmann was named the Rookie of Week the league announced Monday.
Parse became the first player in the nation to reach 50 points by scoring 2-2-4 against Lake Superior State last Friday. He then extended his nation-leading total to 51 points by scoring the game-tying goal on Saturday.
Kaufmann recorded his second shutout in seven games on Friday night against the Lakers, stopping 26 shots. He then stopped 30-of-32 shots in Saturday's 2-2 tie.
