Less Than 1,500 Seats Left for UNO-Michigan

The UNO Athletic Department is projecting two consecutive sell-outs when the Mavericks host Michigan at the Civic Auditorium on February 17-18 in a key Central Collegiate Hockey Association series. UNO director of athletics David Herbster said today that less than 1,500 tickets remain for each game and that hockey fans should be encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.
The Mavericks had to move the series from the Qwest Center to the Civic to accommodate the Nebraska high school wrestling tournament.
Tickets can be purchased over the phone by calling 554-MAVS or in person on the UNO campus inside the Sapp Fieldhouse (M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), the Civic Auditorium box office (M-F 10:00 am - 5:00 pm), or at the Qwest Center box officee (M-F 10:00 am - 6:00 pm). Ticket prices are $18 for the first and second tier and $12 for the third tier. Tickets can also be purchased through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone 422-1212 or online at Ticketmaster.com.
The first 300 UNO students with a valid college ID are guaranteed a ticket. Tickets for UNO students will be available on game day at the Civic. Additional tickets for students will be based on availability.
