Tim Huber of Nebraska-Omaha has been named the North Central Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week.
Huber, a sophomore from Omaha, Neb., allowed only one earned run in six innings of work in a win against Minnesota Duluth.
He struck out six batters and allowed only one walk and two hits to improve to 3-2 on the year.
Huber is the third Maverick pitcher in as many weeks to garner the honor.
