Eickman Named Academic All-American

UNO junior defenseman Mike Eickman has been named a 2006 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American.

Eickman, a Grand Forks, N.D. native, was the 2006 CCHA Scholar-Athlete of the Year and is a third-team selection to the ESPN university division squad.

He holds a 3.97 grade point average in psychology.
