
Mavs Earn Third-Straight NCAA Regional Berth

The University of Nebraska at Omaha baseball team (32-22) earned its third-straight trip to the NCAA Division II Tournament, earning the No. 6 seed at the Central Regional to be held May 17-20 in Warrensburg, Mo. The Mavericks will meet No. 1 seed Minnesota State, Mankato at noon Thursday to open the tournament.
In other opening-round games, Wayne State will face Emporia State at 3:30p.m. and Central Missouri will play Winona State at 7 p.m.
