Mavs Aim for NCC Title in Tournament

The Mavericks will set their sights on a North Central Conference championship this week as they head to St. Cloud, Minn., for the six-team, double-elimination league tournament. UNO will face the winner of the North Dakota-Augustana game at 6 p.m. Thursday at Joe Faber Field.
UNO, winners of 21 of its past 28 games, goes into the tournament at 30-20 overall and the No. 2 seed with a 14-6 NCC record.
