UNO Visits No. 6 South Dakota, Hosts North Dakota

The No. 16-ranked University of Nebraska at Omaha men's basketball team looks to climb back up the rankings this week, visiting No. 6 South Dakota on Thursday, then hosting North Dakota Saturday.
The Coyotes earned wins over Hastings and North Dakota last weekend, improving to 16-1, 1-1 in NCC play and climbing to No. 6 NABC Division II Poll. South Dakota is 9-0 at the DakotaDome on the year.
Tyler Cain earned his third NCC Player of the Week award for his efforts. On the year he averages 9.4 ppg and a team-high 7.5 rpg. Dylan Grimsley is the team's leading scorer with 15.4 ppg, adding 6.1 rpg.
The Sioux have dropped four of their five contests to slip to 11-7, 0-3 in NCC play. Their most recent outing was an 88-65 loss to South Dakota.
Emmanuel Little has been the team's most productive player, averaging 15.7 ppg, 7.8 rpg, with 2.0 apg. He has posted three straight double-doubles, averaging 15 points and 11 rebounds in that stretch.
The Mavericks defeated UND, 52-50, in last year's meeting at Sapp Fieldhouse, breaking a five-game win streak by the Sioux in the head-to-head series.
