Mavericks' Soccer Game Moved to Creighton

OMAHA, Neb. – Weather has forced a change of venue for the University of Nebraska at Omaha soccer game scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 23. Due to unplayable field conditions at the UNO soccer field, the Mavericks will now host Washburn University at Creighton University's Morrison Stadium located at 19^th and California Streets in downtown Omaha. Game time remains 4 p.m.

The Mavericks begin the week with a record of 9-4-0 and 7-4-0 in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association. The Mavs are a perfect 6-0-0 at home this season. The game against Washburn is the first of two for UNO this week. The Mavs will host Northwest Missouri State on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. Washburn and Northwest are two of the four teams to hand UNO a loss this season.
