Mavericks Change Slightly In Polls

OMAHA, Neb. - The UNO hockey team changed positions in two of the three weekly national rankings released today. The Mavericks are coming off a home split against Lake Superior State. UNO won the first meeting last Friday, 4-0, before dropping the second game on Saturday, 3-1.
The Mavericks maintained their spot in the USA Today/USA Hockey top 15 poll, coming in at 12th. The Mavs are also in 12th in the USCHO.com poll, down one spot from last week. UNO came in tenth in the latest power rankings assigned by the web site, Inside College Hockey. That was down three spots from last week. The Mavs had been as high as sixth back in October.
UNO returns to action this weekend when it visits Northern Michigan University for games on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 20 and 21. Game time is 6:35 p.m. CT both nights from the Berry Events Center in Marquette, Mich.
