Snow Cancels Rest of Crossover Invite

PITTSBURG, Kan. - The Mavericks' remaining games at the Pittsburg State/Missouri Southern Crossover Invite have been canceled due to snow and cold weather. Nebraska-Omaha went 1-0 during the tournament, beating Oklahoma Panhandle State, 9-1 Friday.
Saturday's action was already postponed and tournament officials decided to cancel Sunday's games as well. The Mavericks were to play Washburn at 9 a.m. and Drury at 3 p.m.
UNO will be in action next Friday and Saturday with five games at a tournament at Missouri Southern. The Mavericks will start the event by taking on Northwest Missouri State Friday at 9 a.m
