
Meet The Mavericks - Paige Frauendorfer

Paige Frauendorfer can run the 400-meter dash, the 200-meter dash and do the long jump and triple jump with the best of them. However, she has decided to crash the boards, drive to the hole and shoot a jumper with the best of them at the collegiate level this year at UNO. Frauendorfer is set to move to Omaha from Humphrey, Neb. later this month to join the Maverick women's basketball team. Read the following Q&A and find out a little more about her.
Q: What is the main reason you chose to become a UNO Maverick?
A: The coaching staff seemed very genuine and the girls made me feel like I was a part of the
team from the start.
Q: What are you most excited about for the upcoming season?
A: I'm excited to play at the collegiate level and I think we have the potential to continue to
build a program that's moving in the right direction.
Q: What is the most recent book you have read? Was it for pleasure or school?
A: Angels and Demons-pleasure
Q: What is your favorite restaurant/favorite type of food?
A: If it serves food it's my favorite restaurant.
Q: What do you enjoy doing in your spare time/what are your hobbies?
A: Hanging out with friends and family, watching my little sister in her activities and boating/jet
skiing
Q: What is your favorite sport (other than basketball of course!)
A: Volleyball and softball
Q: Where in the world would you most like to travel if you could go anywhere?
A: Anywhere out of the country with the beach, water and sun!
