Behrns Talks About UNK in Season Premiere of Mave

OMAHA, Neb. - UNO head football coach Pat Behrns knows his team will have a battle on its hands when it faces Nebraska-Kearney on Saturday, Sept. 5. Behrns talks about that game and last week's season-opening win over East Central in the first installment of Maverick Roundup, the official podcast of Omaha's Team.
Behrns and the Mavericks have never lost the Victory Bell to their in-state rivals since they began playing for it nearly six years ago. The Mavericks will head to Kearney having won six straight meetings with the Lopers and 13 of the last 14 games.
Also this week, senior volleyball player Kayla Jansen joins host #Dave Ahlers# to talk about her team's 4-0 start to the season and the tough games that still lie ahead before the Mavericks begin the MIAA season.
