YANKTON, S.D. - The UNO cross country team sent three runners into action at the Mt. Marty Invite on Saturday morning. Because the Mavericks did not have the required five runners, they did not receive a team score.
#Nicole Behm# was the top-finishing Mav, completing the 5K course in 20:30, good for 85th place overall. #Kayla Fenske# was close behind, crossing the line in 20:44, putting her in 99th place overall. #Brittany Phillips# was UNO's third finisher and came in 124th overall at 21:19.
Twenty other schools comprised the field of 208 runners.
