Two UNO Hockey Games To Air on NET Television

OMAHA, Neb. – The UNO Mavericks announced today that two of their home hockey games will air statewide live on NET, Nebraska's PBS television station. NET will broadcast the Mavericks' games against Wisconsin on Friday, Feb. 11 and against Denver on Friday, Feb. 25. Broadcast time for both games will be 7:30 p.m.
Dave Ahlers will call the play-by-play while former UNO goaltender Kendall Sidoruk provides analysis. Larry Punteney will report throughout the game.
The Mavericks will reach the halfway point of their season this weekend when they visit Colorado College for games on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 18 and 19. Saturday's game begins at 8:07 p.m. CT, and Sunday's starts at 7:07 p.m. CT. Both games may be heard live on KVNO, 90.7 FM and on-line at omavs.com.
