Hockey Looks Ahead to Michigan on Maverick Roundup

OMAHA, Neb. - The UNO hockey team finishes its final season in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association with a veritable murders row of opponents. After earning a tie and a win against Ohio State last weekend, the Mavericks look ahead to two home games with Michigan. Head coach #Dean Blais and freshman Terry Broadhurst# recap last weekend's action on Maverick Roundup presented by Methodist Health System, the official podcast of UNO athletics.
Broadhurst earned CCHA Rookie of the Week honors after scoring four goals and an assist last week. He talks about some of those scoring plays and the team's attitude in the lockerroom while Blais offers more insight into the confidence of his team heading into the final weeks of the regular season. Following their series with Michigan, the Mavericks will be on the road against the top-ranked team in the country, Miami, to finish their final regular season in the CCHA.
