Women's Hoops Announce Five Additions

OMAHA, Neb. - The Nebraska-Omaha women's basketball team is welcoming five new additions to the Maverick roster for the 2010-2011 season. #Lauren Andrews#, #Carly Cator#, #Natasha Mueller#, #Aisle Quinlan and Jasamine Reeves# will join the Mavs for the upcoming season.
The five newcomers to the roster are in addition to the three incoming freshman, #Stacia Gebers#, #Jordan Spencer and Amanda Woodring#, who signed letters of intent to attend UNO during the 2009 early signing period.
The Mavericks return six from last season's roster, including three starters. #Katie Kane# will be the lone senior on the roster and is returning after rehabilitating from knee surgery during the 2009-2010 season.
The Mavericks will tip-off the year on Friday, November 12 at 5:30 p.m. in Sapp Fieldhouse against York College.
