Bullock Headlines Omaha World-Herald All-Nebraska

OMAHA, Neb. – Six UNO men's basketball players were named to the Omaha World-Herald's Division II All-Nebraska Team, it was announced Tuesday. Senior guard Tyler Bullock headlined the squad, as he was selected as honorary captain for the second straight year.
Bullock, senior guard Torrian Harris and junior guard Mitch Albers led the Maverick contingent, as the trio garnered first-team honors. In addition to the three on the first team, sophomore forward Alex Welhouse was chosen for the second team, while senior guard Jeff Martin and redshirt freshman center John Karhoff earned honorable mention recognition.
UNO finished the 2011 season with a 19-9 record and were 15-7 in MIAA play. Three Mavericks earned all-conference accolades, and Bullock was named all-region and all-district by Daktronics and the NABC, respectively.
