2012 Diamond Club Golf Outing Entry Form
OMAHA, Neb. – The UNO Diamond Club will host its 10th annual golf outing to benefit the Maverick baseball program on Friday, Sept. 7.
The event is set for Sept. 7 at Shoreline Golf Course (210 Locust Street) in Carter Lake, Iowa, with check-in at 11:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.
Dinner will follow the day's golf, and participants will be eligible for raffle prizes and pin prizes on every hole throughout the afternoon.
Entry is available for individual golfers ($80) and a foursome ($320). Spots are limited, as the event sold out in 2011. Sponsorship opportunities are also available at the $500 and $1,000 corporate levels.
