Outdoor Rink Taking Shape for Big Game

OMAHA, Neb. - In spite of cold weather and snow, crews are making progress in the set up of the hockey arena at TD Ameritrade Park for the Mutual of Omaha Battles on Ice next weekend.
The UNO hockey team will host WCHA foe North Dakota on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 4:07 p.m. in the second game of their weekend series. The two teams will be preceeded by a USHL game between the Omaha Lancers and the Lincoln Stars at 12:30 p.m.
Tickets that provide admission to both games are on sale now through Ticketmaster with seats beginning at $30. Tickets may be purchased at ticketmaster.com and at the CenturyLink Center box office.
Tailgating will be permitted in Lots B and D beginning at 9 a.m. that morning. As is the case for the NCAA Division I Men's College World Series, no propane tanks will be allowed.
The Mavericks are back in action tonight when they host Michigan Tech at 7:37 p.m. Tickets are on sale at the CenturyLink Center box office and through Ticketmaster.
