Mavs' Friday Games Washed Out

JACKSON, Miss. - The first day of the Jackson State Softball Tournament has been postponed because of strong storms and wet field conditions.
The Mavs will now begin tournament play on Saturday at 11 a.m. against Evansville and will then face Jackson State at 4 p.m. on Saturday. Those games were part of the Mavs' original schedule.
On Sunday, UNO will play a doubleheader against Evansville beginning at 10 a.m. The Mavs were originally scheduled to play five games on the weekend but will now play four.
