Home Softball Series with NDSU Canceled

OMAHA, Neb. - This weekend's softball series with North Dakota State has been canceled because of wet field conditions at the Mavs' home facility, Westside Field at Westbrook.
The series with North Dakota State was set to be the Mavs' home opener and first Summit League series, but that will now have to wait until next weekend when the Mavs host Fort Wayne on March 22-23. The series with North Dakota State is not likely to be made up.
Before next weekend, UNO will travel to Nebraska on March 19 for a 5 p.m. game at Bowlin Stadium.
