OMAHA, Neb. -- The Omaha baseball team's three-game series against Northern Colorado at Werner Park this weekend has been moved to Jackson Field in Greeley, Colo., it was announced Wednesday.

The Mavericks will now play the Bears with a single game on Thursday, March 21 at 1 p.m., followed by a doubleheader on Friday, March 22 at Noon. The decision was made with consideration to the cold and snowy forecast for Omaha this weekend.

Fans may redeem their unused tickets from this weekend for a comparable seat at one of the remaining games at Werner Park.

UNO is 5-9 (0-0 Summit League) on the year, while UNC is 4-11 (0-0 Great West).
