Weather Postpones Weekend Baseball Schedule

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Omaha baseball team's slate of weekend games previously moved to Sioux City, Iowa have now been postponed, it was announced Friday.
The Mavericks were set to play South Dakota State on Saturday and North Dakota State on Sunday, but unplayable field conditions in Sioux City prompted a postponement of the schedule. All games were initially away games for Omaha, and no determination has been made on makeup dates, if any.
Omaha has opened its first year of Summit League play with a perfect 8-0 start and sits atop the conference standings.
