Senior guard Ericka House earned All-Summit League Second Team, and freshman Mikaela Shaw was named to the All-Newcomer Team. In addition to her top defensive player award, Kelly also earned all-league honorable mention. The awards were voted on by the league's head coaches, sports information directors and select media members.
Kelly averaged 9.8 points, 6.9 rebounds and ranked first in the league and eighth nationally with 3.5 blocked shots per game. She broke the single-season UNO record with 97 blocked shots, 57 more than the next closest competitor in the Summit League. Kelly set a school record twice with eight blocked shots in a game. Kelly was also strong offensively, posting the top field goal percentage in conference play (64.6 percent) and scoring in double figures in the final seven games, averaging 15.3 points per game in the process. She ranked fourth in the league in rebounding and second in offensive rebounding.
House led the Mavericks in scoring and ranked third in the Summit League at 17.2 points per game to earn second-team recognition. She was the league's top free throw shooter at 91.8 percent (67-of-73) and averaged 2.6 made 3-pointers per game to rank second in the Summit League. House finished her career with the school's best career free throw percentage (91.3) and tied for sixth in school history in 3-pointers made with 129. She scored a career-high 30 points at South Dakota State on Feb. 13 and notched 20 or more points 11 times in 28 games and led the Mavs in scoring 16 times.
