Mavs' Doubleheader With IPFW Pushed to Saturday

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Omaha baseball team's Friday doubleheader against Fort Wayne has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 5, it was announced Tuesday.
The schedule was altered due to the threat of rain and snow showers in Friday's forecast. UNO and IPFW will now play their doubleheader Saturday starting at Noon at the Ballpark at Boys Town.
Omaha, which is 12-9 (2-0 Summit League) entering the week, will first host a pair of midweek games at Werner Park, welcoming Kansas State tonight at 6:30 p.m. and Creighton on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
