Mavericks' Weekend Schedule With IPFW Changed

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Omaha baseball team's weekend schedule against Fort Wayne has been altered due to rainy weather conditions forecasted for Sunday.
UNO and IPFW will now square off at the Ballpark at Boys Town with a doubleheader on Friday, May 9 and another doubleheader on Saturday, May 10. Both days' games are slated to start at Noon.
Senior Day festivities will be held on Saturday, honoring the Mavericks' seven seniors: Brett Bass, Josh Bullock, Dylan Casey, Anthony Falcone, Caleb Palensky, Steven Schoonover and Tyler Splichal.
Omaha is 23-19 (8-8 Summit League) entering the weekend, while the Mastodons are 18-28 (10-10 Summit League).
