LITTLETON, Colo. – The Omaha women's golf team remains in 18th place after two rounds of the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate hosted by Denver on Saturday.
The Mavericks shot 323 as a team and have a 36-hole team score of 638. Washington State leads the 18-team field with a total of 573, three under par. San Francisco is second at 575, and Denver is third, one stroke back.
Katie Kesti continues to lead the Mavericks following a second round score of 75, the only round in the 70s for the Mavs. She's tied for 53rd with a total of 151.
Mandy Boyle and Jordan York continue to pace each other. After shooting matching rounds of 77 in round one, both players shot 83 in round two to sit at 160, good for a tie for 90th.
Makenna Kroeker fired an 84 and is now at 169, fourth for the Mavericks and 97th overall. She's just ahead of teammate Alexa Ruwe who carded 82 in round two and is at 172 for the tournament.
The final round begins at 10 a.m. CT on Sunday.
