Mavericks' Schedule Altered at Snowbird Classic

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. -- The Omaha baseball team's upcoming schedule at the 2015 Snowbird Classic has been changed, it was announced Wednesday evening.

The Mavericks will open the tournament as scheduled against Saint Leo on Thursday, Feb. 26, with first pitch at 4 p.m. (CT). On Friday, Feb. 27, UNO will face Kentucky at 9:30 a.m. (CT) and Boston College at 2 p.m. (CT). Saturday will pit the Mavericks against Kentucky again at 10 a.m. (CT), followed by a Sunday finale against Mount St. Mary's at 9 a.m. (CT). All games will be played at North Charlotte Regional Park in Port Charlotte, Fla.

After a midweek win at Wichita State on Tuesday night, Omaha enters the Snowbird Classic with a record of 4-3 (0-0 Summit League).
