OMAHA, Neb. – Saturday's softball doubleheader between Omaha and Western Illinois has been delayed due to wet field conditions in Omaha, Neb. The doubleheader is now set to start at 2:00 p.m., while game two will begin 20 minutes after the end of game one. Between games, UNO will be honoring Kat Barrow, Allie Mathewson, Carly Nielsen, and Tonya Peterson.
Omaha is 21-26 overall and 5-8 in Summit League play, while Western Illinois is 16-21 overall and 6-9 in league play. The series finale is still set for 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Links to live stats for all three games will be available on OMavs.com.
