Diamond Club Season Opener Event Set for Feb. 4

OMAHA, Neb. -- The UNO Diamond Club will host its eighth annual "Season Opener" event to benefit the Omaha baseball program on Saturday, Feb. 4. The event will be held at Baxter Arena and will include meet-and-greet time with the 2017 Maverick baseball team and coaching staff.
Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available for attendees from 3 to 5 p.m. The event also includes a raffle and a silent auction, as well as Omaha baseball apparel for sale.
Tickets may be purchased in advance by sending checks payable to the NU Foundation, care of Pam Schwarting, 6001 Dodge Street, Sapp Fieldhouse 204, Omaha, NE, 68182.
