Hahn, Allbery Named to NABC Honors Court

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The National Association of Basketball Coaches released its 2017-18 NABC Honors Court Tuesday, and the list includes Omaha men's basketball student-athletes Alex Allbery and Mitch Hahn, who excelled in the classroom last season. It marked the third straight Honors Court award for Allbery and the first for Hahn.
Allbery, a native of Omaha, Neb., graduated with his bachelor's degrees in marketing and finance in May and carried a 3.34 grade-point average. Allbery was a member of the Summit League's Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence, as well as the UNO Dean's List.
Hahn, who hails from Fremont, Neb., has compiled a 3.37 GPA with a major in marketing. He is a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the UNO Dean's List.
In order to be named to the annual Honors Court, a student-athlete must be a junior or senior academically, hold a 3.2 cumulative GPA or higher and have matriculated at least one year at his current institution.
