Women's Tennis Adds Lillian Tiemeyer

OMAHA, Neb. – Head coach Adam Summitt announced the signing of Lillian Tiemeyer to National Letter of Intent today. Tiemeyer will join the Mavericks for the 2019-20 academic year.
"I'm very excited to add Lillian to the program," said Summitt. "She has a great attitude and is a driven individual. She possesses some great athleticism which will aid her in her development here. Â We are lucky to get someone like her and she will fit right in with our culture and program."Â
A four-year varsity letterwinner out of Highland Park High School (Highland Park, Ill.), Tiemeyer finished her career with a 55-14-2 mark in singles and an 89-31 record in singles. She is a four-time conference champion, and a three-time sectional and state qualifier at No. 2 singles.
Tiemeyer capped her senior season with a 16-3 singles mark, while finishing 18-5 in doubles. She won the New Trier Invite last fall, while placing third at the Mount Prospect Tournament.
