Final Results

OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha women's golf team closed out the fall season with a fifth-place finish at the Creighton Classic on Tuesday at Oak Hills Country Club.

The team shot a score of 337 in the final round of the 36-hole tournament to finish at 665. The Bluejays won the event with a score of 617. Northern Iowa was second at 621, and Drake took third at 630.

Freshman Mandi Granato was UNO's leading scorer and finished 16th overall with a total of 164 that included a final round of 85.

Samantha Chong tied for 19th overall after shooting an 81 on day two for a final total of 166. She finished one stroke ahead of Zora Gittens who carded a final round 84 to finish at 167, good for a tie for 21st.

Hannah Hunke was fourth on the team and tied for 24th overall with a score of 168. She closed the tournament with a round of 87. Izzi Puk finished the team scoring for UNO with a round of 88 to give her a total of 179.

Playing as individuals, Sami Langford shot 88 to finish at 170; Maddy Boudreau posted a total of 174 after a final round of 84; and Cassidy Ulrich shot 92 in round two to finish at 195.
