Blaschko, Limback Garner Academic All-League Honors

OMAHA, Neb. – The Summit League announced two Omaha student athletes to its Academic All-League team today.
Anna Blaschko and Sadie Limback both earned the honor following a pair of All-Summit 2019 campaigns and a championship appearance in the league tournament. The duo represented two of the six student-athletes who were chosen based on their academic and athletic performances this past season.
"What an awesome honor acknowledging the great work Sadie and Anna have put in on the court and in the classroom," said head coach Matt Buttermore. "This honor is extremely exclusive with only six student-athletes from our conference being named to the team and highlights their dedication to be complete student-athletes."
The honor marks the second-straight for Blaschko, who also recently earned AVCA Academic All-Central Region First Team recognition. She currently holds a 3.84 GPA and is majoring in neuroscience. Blaschko also led the league with a .390 hitting percentage last season.
Limback garners her first-career honor as she holds a 4.00 GPA and is a kinesiology major. The sophomore also finished her 2019 season with 19-straight matches of double-digit kills.
