OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha track and field program sets its sights on The Summit League Championships in Brookings, S.D. Friday, Feb. 22 – Saturday, Feb. 23.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR
Senior high jumper Stephanie Ahrens seeks her second straight Summit League indoor high jump event championships this Saturday at 2 p.m. The senior is the only non-hockey Division I All-American in school history, and she has four conference event titles in the high jump (three outdoor, one indoor).
Ahrens also recently set the school indoor record in the high jump at 6-0.'5" (1.84m) at the Northwest Missouri State Invite Feb. 9. She also holds the outdoor school record at 5-10.'.75" (1.80m) and finished eighth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships last season. Ahrens' height of 6-0.'.5" currently ranks fifth nationally for indoor competition.
