OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha men's golf team is back in action at the Ryman Hospitality Intercollegiate at Lipscomb on Monday and Tuesday, April 8-9.

The Mavericks will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday beginning at 8 a.m. each day from the Richland Country Club in Nashville, Tenn.

UNO is coming off a ninth-place finish at the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate on April 2. The Mavericks shot a score of 904 for the 54-hole event.

Senior Sam Musch, in his first tournament of the season, led the Mavericks in scoring with a three-round total of 223 to tie for 22nd in the field of 67 golfers.

Witchayapat Sinsrang finished at 225 for the event, good for a tie for 26th. Cole Christain was third on the team and tied for 44th overall with a score of 230.

Nick Kagy tied for 52nd, posting a score of 233, one stroke ahead of teammate Thirawat Chantrakantanond who finished at 234, good for a tie for 55th.

Jonah Wright, playing as in individual, posted a total score of 238.

The Mavericks will wrap up the regular season schedule at the one-day Husker Invitational at Firethorn on Saturday, April 13 before competing in the Summit League Championships on Sunday-Tuesday, April 28-30 in Newton, Kan.
