OMAHA, Neb. ā Freshman first baseman Jamie White garnered Summit League Co-Player of the Week honors, the league office announced Monday.
The award marked her first-career weekly accolade.
Over the three-game series against Western Illinois, White went 5-for-10 at the plate (.500) with a double, two home runs and six RBI. Ā She also had an impressive slash line of .500/.583/1.200.
On Sunday, the Choctaw, Okla., native went 2-for-3 with a pair of home runs and five RBI.
White shared Player of the Week honors with South Dakota's Jessica Rogers.
