Mavericks See Game Adjustments in Pod

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Omaha hockey team will have four games adjusted during its schedule in the NCHC Pod set to begin on Tuesday, Dec. 1 at Baxter Arena.
The moves were necessitated by the recent shut down of Colorado College due to a positive COVID-19 test for one of its players and the resulting quarantine of the entire team. The Tigers were to be Omaha' first game in the pod and first game overall.
As a result of the changes, the Mavericks will now open the pod against Minnesota Duluth on Tuesday, at 3:35 p.m.
The other changes to the Mavericks' schedule will include the rescheduling of the initial game against Colorado College to Monday, Dec. 21 at 12:05 p.m., thereby extending the pod by one day. In addition, UNO's games against Miami on Saturday, Dec. 12 and St. Cloud State on Sunday, Dec. 13 have been moved to 8:05 p.m.
The revised schedule for the pod, which has now been shortened to 38 games, is attached to this release.
