Limback earns third career Academic All-League honor and Clarkson earns second.
Clarkson And Limback Earn Academic All-Summit Honors

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. –Sadie Limback and Sami Clarkson were named to the 2021 Summit League Academic All-League Team, the league announced Tuesday afternoon. This marks Limbacks third career Academic All-League honor and Clarksons second.
A total of seven student-athletes were named to the team and honored for their academic and athletic performances this season.
Limback earned a 4.0 GPA as a Kinesiology major. She was named Summit League Player of the Year, All-Summit First Team, CoSIDA Academic All-District and earned a spot on the AVCA Midwest All-Region Team. Most recently the senior became the first Division I era Omaha volleyball player to be named CoSIDA Second Team Academic All-American as well as AVCA All-American Honorable Mention. She finished the season second in the league in kills per set with 3.81 on a .340 hitting percentage. Limback also tallied nine double-doubles with a total 415 kills.
Clarkson holds a 4.0 GPA in Kinesiology while earning Summit League Setter of the Year. She also picked up a spot on the All-Summit First Team and earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors. The junior put up a career high 61 assists in the Summit League semi-final game against Oral Roberts. Clarkson ended the season first in assists per set in the league and 10th in the NCAA standings with 11.18. The setter led the team with 1,219 assists on the year and tallied 16 games with 40 or more assists.
