Softball Announces Additional Games to Conference Schedule

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Summit League has announced a change to the 2021 softball conference schedule. League members now will play a pair of doubleheaders for each series rather than three games each weekend.
The Mavericks' home contests at Connie Claussen Field will begin at 12 p.m. both days. The second game of the doubleheaders are expected to start around 3 p.m.
The Mavericks will host conference opponents North Dakota, Western Illinois and South Dakota this season. The conference opener will be Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28 vs. North Dakota. Western Illinois will be in town on April 17-18, and South Dakota will travel for the regular season finale on May 7-8.
A limited number of socially distanced tickets are available for each doubleheader. One ticket will provide admission to both games on their scheduled day. Fans may purchase tickets at OMavs.com.
