SIOUX FALLS, S.D. ā Kamryn Meyer is tabbed the Summit League Pitcher of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon. It marks Meyer's first career weekly honor.

The sophomore pitcher didn't allow an earned run over two complete games. Over the 14 innings, Meyer retired 24 batters, gave up only two hits, recorded a shutout, and held her opponents to a .043 batting average.

In Omaha's 4-0 shutout win vs. North Dakota, Meyer pitched a one-hitter and retired a career-best 13 batters. The 13 strikeouts is also a single-game high in the Summit League this season.

To follow up her career day in the circle, Meyer tallied another one-hitter and 11 strikeouts vs. UND to close the regular season series with the Hawks. Meyer now ranks third in the league with 80 strikeouts on the year.

Meyer and the Mavericks take a weekend off this week, but will return to the field April 10-11 at South Dakota State.
