Mavericks Announce 2021-22 Summit League Slate

OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha women's basketball program released its 2021-22 Summit League schedule in conjunction with the entire league slate Wednesday morning.
This year's league schedule format features true travel partners and games played on Thursdays and Saturdays with the exception of opening week of league play, which will take place on Monday and Wednesday the week before Christmas.
The Mavericks begin league action on the road at St. Thomas (Dec. 20) and Western Illinois (Dec. 22). The following week, the Mavericks welcome Kansas City (Dec. 30) and Oral Roberts (Jan. 1) to Baxter Arena.
Following a trip to North Dakota (Jan. 6) and North Dakota State (Jan. 8), Omaha hosts South Dakota State (Jan. 13), South Dakota (Jan. 15) and Denver (Jan. 22) in a three-game homestand.
Omaha treks south for pair of road games at Oral Roberts (Jan. 27) and Kansas City (Jan. 29) before home games with North Dakota State (Feb. 3) and North Dakota (Feb. 5).
The Mavericks hit the road in back-to-back weeks while taking on South Dakota (Feb. 10), South Dakota State (Feb. 12) and Denver (Feb. 19) in away games.
The Mavericks' home finale includes the final two regular-season contests vs. Western Illinois (Feb. 24) and St. Thomas (Feb. 26).
