Ten Omaha Hockey Athletes Named AHCA Krampade All-American Scholars

GLOUCESTER, Mass. - Ten Omaha hockey student-athletes were named AHCA Krampade All-American Scholars, Thursday afternoon. Omaha led the NCHC in total selections.

To earn Krampade All-American Scholars distinction, a student-athlete must attain a 3.75 grade-point average each semester/trimester during the 2021-22 academic year, as well as appear in 40 percent of their team's games. Injured players and back-up goaltenders who didn't meet the 40 percent threshold were also honored.

Martin Sundberg is the NCHC's lone four-time All-American Scholar this year, while Jacob Zab earned his third honor.

Jimmy Glynn, Matt Miller, Kirby Proctor, Jack Randl, Jason Smallidge, and Nolan Sullivan were all repeat honorees, while Victor Mancini and Davis Pennington collected their first accolade.
