Krenzen to Return for Fifth Year

Twig, Minnesota native and Maverick blueliner Nolan Krenzen is set to return to Omaha for his final year of college hockey.
Krenzen returns after a career senior campaign. He totaled career highs in goals with two and points with 10. His eight assists tied his career high from his junior season.
"Omaha has given me everything to thrive as both a hockey player and a person. I couldn't be more excited to finish my college career here," Krenzen said about returning to the Mavericks.
A member of the century club and one of the NCHC's most reliable blueliners, the Maverick defenseman has skated in 125 games, lighting the lamp four times and has registered 25 assists. For his career, he's blocked 117 shots, holds a +12 rating and has only taken 15 total penalties.
