Brown selected for fourth annual Silver Waves Media Power Lunch

INDIANAPOLIS - Omaha Men's Basketball associate head coach Kyan Brown has been selected for the Silver Waves Media Power Lunch, it was announced Wednesday. The fourth annual event will take place at IU Indianapolis on April 2 in conjunction with the 2026 NCAA Men's Final Four.
Brown is one of 75 rising assistant or head men's basketball coaches from around the nation to participate in the programming, which includes hearing from industry speakers and a networking session.
An Alaska native, Brown has been with Omaha since head coach Chris Crutchfield's arrival in 2022. Brown was previously on-staff at fellow Summit League members Oral Roberts, his alma mater, and North Dakota State.
Over the last two years, 12 luncheon attendees have gone on to become head coaches.
