Sep 26, 2026 | Men's Golf
OMAHA - Omaha men's golf continues its fall season as it heads to Madison, Wisconsin, for the Badger Invitational. The tournament will be held at the University of Wisconsin Golf Course, with three rounds over three days beginning Sunday.
The Mavericks will send Sam Vocelka, Tyler Walker, Forrest Benson, Ben Appelhof and Will Barth to the tournament. Barth is coming off the best tournament of his career after the reigning Summit League Peak Golfer of the Week fired a career-best 4-under 212 at the Bluejay Invitational to finish tied for third.
So far this season, Walker has led the Mavs with a 72.8 scoring average through two tournaments, including a top-15 finish at the ANF Fall Classic. Just behind Walker is Vocelka, who has posted a 73.1 scoring average through six rounds and was the Mavs' top finisher at the Wildcat Classic.
