Joined the Mavericks midseason after fulfulling eligibility requirements...played two years of junior hockey for Fairbanks in the North American Hockey League from 2008-10...in 102 career games, had 14 goals and 24 assists for 38 points and 183 penalty minutes...had a career high 26 points (7-19-26) in 55 games during his final season in 2009-10, helping the team to a runner-up finish in the national tournament...played high school hockey for Hermantown and was a member of the all-tournament and all-state second teams as the Hawks won the state championship with an undefeated record...also lettered in baseball and football at Hermantown.
