New Student-Athlete Information Form
This form will be used by the UNO athletic communications staff to publicize you and your accomplishments prior to attending UNO. The information on this form will be used in creating your bio on the web site and in the media guide. Please provide as much information as possible. The more you provide, the more we can provide the public and the media covering UNO athletics with the information they need. Information on this form may be released to the media and the general public after you have signed a National Letter of Intent to attend UNO.
