Competed in five of six meets for UNO, leading the team three times and finishing no lower than third…ran a season-best 6K time of 22:00.8 at the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 11)… a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.
Competed in all six meets for the Mavericks in her first season, finishing in the top two in all of them …was first overall on the team in three meets…posted three top-20 finishes: Augustana Twilight (17th, Sept. 2), Woody Greeno Nebraska Invitational (12th, Sept. 17) and Summit League Championship (17th, Oct. 29)…ran a personal best 6K time of 22.25.8 while finishing second for the Mavericks at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (Nov. 11).
Before UNO
Four-year letter winner at Lincoln Pius X...as a senior, finished fifth at the Nebraska state cross country championship, helping her team to a third-place finish...also was seventh in the 3,200 meters at the state track & field championship...as a junior, was the individual Class B cross country champion, helping the Thunderbolts to a state championship in Class B...was a four-time state qualifier in Class A and B cross country as well as the Class B-3 District cross country champion in 2014 and the Class A-2 District Champion in 2015...also was a state qualifier in track & field in 2015 in the 3,200 meters.

Born July 1, 1998...daughter of Bret and Emily Koenig...has two sisters, Maddie and Lucy, and a brother, Oliver...majoring in civil engineering.
